We are always looking to hear from Agents who would like to work with us to showcase their properties in the best possible light. We currently service central Ohio and vicinity, and are available for regional work for that special property as well. We offer two main types of traditional services: Traditional | High Quality | For our traditional photography style jobs, a photographer shows up with a single camera and flash to take specific shots at your request. Shots are not post processed, and you're given a disk at the end of the property shot with the photos you've requested. You are essentially renting a professional and their camera to take 'quick and simple' shots of your property with the highest quality gear. | For our high quality jobs, a photographer will arrive at the site to take photos of your property. These shots require advanced processing after the shoot to enhance the natural dynamic range of your scene. Your colors will pop, your shadows and highlights will be full of detail, and buyers will see your house at its full potential. | Pricing Pricing is simple. Single property shots produce between 20 and 30 photos of your property in 30 minutes for $75. Payment is due in full no later than 5 days prior to the date of the shoot, or at the time of booking. | Pricing We offer 5 shot economy sessions for $175, 10 shot standard sessions for $325, and 20 shot extended sessions for $525. Time on site ranges from 30 minutes to two hours. All sessions assume a single and 'shoot ready' location, and include post processing. Payment is due in full in advance for your first 3 sessions, after which we offer 30, 60, and 90 day terms for a small fee. Payment via Cash, Check, or Major Credit Card. |
Virtual tours are sold separately in similarly designed packages. We offer 3 shot fisheye based virtual tours and 6 shot high resolution tours. Both types are shot with DSLR cameras, not point and shoot based system. All sessions assume a single and 'shoot ready' location. Time spent arranging a location will count against the available time for shooting the property.
